Send lice counts

/biology/companies/:companyId/lice-counts

Send lice counts on a site.

For options with Average as well as two other fields, set either Average, or the other fields.
When using the BySize option you need to set both the large average and the small average.
If you don't have one of the fields, set it explicitly to 0.
The same applies to ByEggStatus where with eggs and without eggs must be set.
